I'm Zach Bryant, and I'm a Counseling Psychologist who provides individual, couples and group therapy for adults. I provide services both in-person in Nashville, TN and remotely via Zoom. I participate in the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSPACT) which allows me to provide remote services to people in numerous states. Click HERE for a list of participating states.
My clients and colleagues describe me as genuine, compassionate, down-to-earth and helpful. I am quick to laugh and love to learn, I run a lot and value my relationships with friends and family most of all.
I like to work with all sorts of folks and am especially drawn to helping people who are open-minded, motivated and eager to learn. I'm fortunate to have found work I enjoy so much and that fits me so well.
I have a passion for helping people improve their relationships (both with themselves and others), and I have optimistic ideas about people's ability to make changes. Generally speaking, I think things can often be different.
If I had to do one kind of work all day everyday it would be to lead psychotherapy groups.
Well-led psychotherapy groups with members who are motivated to grow together can have a profound positive impact on people. Click HERE for an article I wrote entitled "Why Join An Interpersonal Therapy Group?"
Research supports that 1) people often wait too long to seek out psychological help and that 2) getting connected with the right therapist can be quite helpful.
Please look around and see if it seems like I might be the right person to help you address your concerns.
