Many people in recovery discover that while the substance or behavior is gone, the underlying patterns remain. Shame. Isolation. People-pleasing. Difficulty trusting others. Fear of conflict. Feeling responsible for everyone else. Struggling to ask for what you need.
This ongoing interpersonal process group provides a place to explore these patterns as they happen in real time with others who are committed to recovery. Together we work to:
